Saving lives at sea isn't easy. Without your help it's impossible.

Coastguard is a charity – we simply can’t save lives without the public's support.

By becoming a Coastguard Member you are supporting us as an organisation and charity as well as our volunteers in the mission of ‘saving lives at sea’. One day it might just be yours?

The generosity of our members enables us to provide the critical services that we do. In the Northern Region alone we have over 15,000 members.

The assistance and many benefits that you receive from us in return are our way of saying thank you for your support.

No matter where you are on New Zealand’s Northern Region waterways and in fact anywhere in New Zealand we’ll come to you.
